Before carrying out any fee-paying work, we will meet with you and hold an in-depth fact finding discussion to understand your current issues and objectives.
If appropriate, we will then carry out a Personnel ‘Health Check’ on your business to find out what you already have in place and where the ‘gaps’ are. Any work that you need to be done will be discussed and quoted for.
